"Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you for today, it was very informative, perfectly organised and most of all a lot of fun! Absolutely loved the hands on in class component and took away so many tips, info and lots more! I now have the confidence to make different ferments and it wouldn’t have been possible without you so a sincere thank you for all your hard work putting this workshop together."  Donna

Option to make your own fermented vegetables in class to take home with you.

After learning and tasting all the demonstrations, there will be time allocated during the class to making your own.

Time to make e.g. either a large Kim Chi or Saurekraut, or 2 jars of fermented vegetables. Plus a small jar of fermented garlic.

If you don’t wish to make in class, you will still learn from watching and discussions. Or you may wish to make a jar together with a friend.

To make your own in class please bring: Own glass Jars, equipment (e.g. chopping board, knife, grater, bowl) plus the vegetables you wish to ferment.  A detailed list of recommended and suggested items and ingredients to bring will be provided a few weeks out from the workshop so you can get organised. For your convenience we can bring pre-ordered jars and organic ingredients for you for a small fee.

Salt and/or starters for your take home ferments will be provided on the day, complimentary.
